Training, Capacity Building & Supply of Skilled Manpower
Besides enhancing the capabilities of our own working crews, we believe in the process of building the capacity of talented young individuals. As a result of our policy, we have trained numerous tower erectors and a few optic fiber technicians in Afghanistan. In Pakistan, willing workers from villages are trained for transmission lines and Sub-Station works by providing them with hands-on opportunities. Numerous engineers were provided the opportunity to learn how to test and commission grid stations, using state-of-the-art testing equipment owned by NETRACON TECH. Similarly, a long list of engineers learned erection techniques for grid stations and transmission line towers.
Another area where many engineers and technicians are trained in is tension stringing as a result of hands-on training on our project sites. NETRACON periodically arranges refresher courses, and training sessions for various skills and briefing sessions on EHS issues as well.
The International EPC Contractor trusted Netracon’s trained staff and given orders to Netracon for the supply of skilled Manpower. NETRACON’s provided a skilled workforce, executed work to the satisfaction of International EPC Contractors in Saudi Arabia and Georgia. These skilled workforce executed tower erection, stringing, installation of jumpers to their satisfaction. They also attended a punch list in the high mountains of Batumi.
