- Earthworks including Stripping of Top Soil, Cutting and Filling to Finished Ground Level.
- Construction of Equipment Foundations including Reactor, Capacitor, Resistor, Shunt Reactor, and Other Foundations.
- Construction of High Voltage Gantry Foundations.
- Construction of Pole-01 and Pole-02 Transformer Foundations including a foundation for Spare Transformer along with the Firewalls up to Required Fire Rating.
- Construction of Service Building Complete including RCC Frame Structure, Block Work, Wall Insulation works, Slab on Grade, Fire Rated Doors, Raised Flooring, Elevators, Plumbing and Drainage works. Complete in all respects.
- Construction of Substructure of Valve Hall (Pole-1 and Pole-2) and along with the Erection Steel Structure (Super Structure) including Construction and finishing of Slab on Grade, Fire Rated Walls and installation of Fire Rated Doors.
- Construction of Ventilation Room, Relay Building, Low Voltage Building, and Medium Voltage Building in all respects.
- Construction of Substructure and finishing of Store Room along with the erection and installation of Super Structure (Steel Structure)
- Construction of Switchyard Surface Drainage, Fence wall, Trench works, Conducting works, Roadworks, and Rail Cum Road.
